CYC: Notice of stock status

On April 05, 2023, HNX announces the status of Chang Yih Ceramic Joint Stock Company’s  shares (stock code: CYC) as follows: CYC shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reason that the company had negative owner equity according to audited Financial Statements 2022 as prescribed at point a, Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
