EFI: Notice of stock status

On April 05, 2023, HNX announces the status of Education Financial Investment Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: EFI) as follows: EFI shares are under continued trading restriction since 05/04/2023 due to the reasons the audit organization have expressed disclaimer opinion on the Annual Financial Statements 2022 as prescribed at points c Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
