On April 04, 2023, HNX announces the status of Thanh Hoa Urban Environment and Works Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: THU) as follows: THU shares are under alert since 10/4/2023 (April 10, 2023) due to the reasons that the audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more as prescribed at points a, Section 1, Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
