VTL: Shares could be delisted

The Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced the following: VTL shares of Thang Long Wine JSC are likely to be delisted according to the provisions of Point e, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree 155/202/ND-CP due total accumulated losses exceeding the actual contributed charter capital and negative equity as at December 31, 2022 in the audited 2022 financial statements. The Hanoi Stock Exchange will consider compulsory delisting of VTL shares.
HNX requests Thang Long Wine JSC to have feedback on this aforementioned issue within 5 days from this notice.
