On April 05, 2023, HNX announces the status of The Vietnam National General Export - Import Joint Stock Company No.1’s shares (stock code: TH1) as follows: TH1 shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reason that the company had negative owner equity according to audited Financial Statements 2022; the audit organization issued a disclaimer of opinion according to Point a, c Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
