On April 06, 2023, Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank (BAB) announced Official Dispatch No 25/2023/CBTT-BAC A BANK as follow: 
On April 05, 2023, Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank (BAB) received Official Dispatch No. 1571/UBCK-QLCB dated April 05, 2023 from the State Securities Commission on the report on the results of the additional public offering of shares. Accordingly, BAB sold 20,040,304 shares to the public (accounting for 16.43% of the total number of shares registered for sale).
