On April 05, 2023, HNX announces the status of LILAMA 3 Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: LM3) as follows: LM3 shares are under continued trading restriction since 05/04/2023 due to the reasons the company had negative owner equity in Financial statement 2022; the auditor had disclaimer opinion on Financial Statement 2022 as prescribed at points a,c Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
