KTL: Notice of stock status

On April 05, 2023, HNX announces the status of ThangLong Metal Wares Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: KTL) as follows: KTL shares are under continued trading restriction since 05/04/2023 due to the reasons the company had negative owner equity in Financial statement 2022 as prescribed at points a Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
