Details are as follows: -          Transfer value: VND1,400,000,000; accounting for 0.67% charter capital of Vinh Hoan Fish Hatchery Company Limited. -          Total contributed capital in Vinh Hoan Fish Hatchery Company Limited after the additional purchase: VND149,000,000,000, accounting for 99.33% of charter capital.
