- Reason: The undistributed profit after tax at 31/12/2022 was positive
- Basic review: Financial statement in 2022
- Applicable regulation: Point b, clause 4, article 37 of the Regulation on securities listing attached to the Decision No.17/QD-HDTV dated 31/3/2022 of VNX. 
- Effective date: 06/04/2022.
