- Ms. Tran Thi Kim Hue has been appointed Chair of the board with effect since 4/4/2023.
- Ms. Nguyen Minh Hien has been appointed Chief of the S.B with effect since 4/4/2023.
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Tham has been appointed Company secretary with effect since 4/4/2023.
- Mr. Pham Van Dan Duy has been appointed General director with effect since 4/4/2023.
- Mr. Nguyen Khac Giang has been re-appointed Deputy General director with effect since 4/4/2023.
- Mr. Vo Huu Tam has been re-appointed Deputy General director with effect since 4/4/2023.
- Ms. Huynh Thi Yen Nhi has been re-appointed Chief accountant with effect since 4/4/2023.
