STT: Notice of stock status

On April 05, 2023, HNX announces the status of Saigontourist Transport Coporation’s shares (stock code: STT) as follows: STT shares are maintained under trading restriction since 05/04/2023 due to the reasons that the Company has negative ownership equity according to regulation at Point a, Clause 1, Article 34 Regulations on registration and trading management of unlisted shares attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
