SIG: Notice of stock status

On April 05, 2023, HNX announces the status of SongDa Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: SIG) as follows: SIG shares are under alert since 05/04/2023 due to the reasons that the auditor had disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements for more than 3 years in a row according to regulation at Point a, Clause 1, Article 33 Regulations on registration and trading management of unlisted shares attached attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
