On April 05, 2023, based on the Regulation on registration and trading management of unlisted securities attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 339/QD-SGDHN putting the following stock under Alert:
- Issuer: SongDa Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: SIG
- Effective date: 10/04/2023
- Reason: the auditor has a disclaimer of opinion on Financial Statements for more than 3 years in a row, so the company has been put under alert according to Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation on registration and trading management of unlisted securities attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the effective date of this Decision, SongDa Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company must send the solution and remedial route for the situation of shares being under alert to the Hanoi Stock Exchange and disclosure in the mass media. SongDa Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company must periodically report and explain the remedial route for the situation of shares being under alert.
