STT: Decision on continued trading restriction on UpCOM

On 05/04/2023, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of STT stock as follows:
- Issuer: Saigontourist Transport Corporation
- Stock code: STT
- Reason: the listing organization has negative owner equity in audited financial statements 2022, based on Point a, Clause 1, Article 34 of Regulation on Listing and Trading securities attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Effective date: 05/04/2023
- The Company must explain the reason and solution to overcome this situation in document to HNX and disclose information.
