ILC: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders

Pursuant to the document no. 07/TB-HTLĐ dated 30th March 2023 of International Labor & Services JSC (securities code: ILC) on cancelling the list of shareholders on the record date of 9th March 2023, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 Annual general meeting, record date: 9th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 338/TB-VSD dated 17th February 2023 by VSD.
Reason: Due to addition of some meeting contents, the Company needs more time for better preparation.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
