HNG: HNG changed from warning status to supervision

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange has issued a decision and an announcement to change the shares of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agriculture Joint Stock Company (stock code: HNG) from warning status to supervision status as of April 12, 2023. Reason: The profit after tax of shareholders of parent company in 2021 was -1,119.43 billion dongs, the profit after tax of shareholders of parent company in 2022 was -3,576.45 billion dongs according to the audited consolidated financial statements in 2021 and 2022. This is the case of securities being supervised under the Listing Regulations on the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
