PVE: Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCOM

Following Decision No. 349/QD-SGDHN dated 05/04/2023, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of PVE stock as follows:
- Reason for trading restriction: The Company is late in submitting semi-annual Financial Statements for 2022 more than 45 days since the last day for disclosing information as per regulation.  
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly

- Effective date: 05/04/2023
- Applicable laws: Point b, Clause 1 and Point d, Clause 5, Article 34 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022.

- Within 15 days from the effective date of this Decision, Petrovietnam Engineering Consultancy JSC must send the solution and remedial route for the situation of shares being under trading restriction to the Hanoi Stock Exchange and disclosure in the mass media.
