On April 05, 2023, HNX announces the status of Petrovietnam Engineering Consultancy JSC’s shares (stock code: PVE) as follows:
PVE shares are being put under alert since 05/04/2023 due to the reasons the auditor has disclaimer opinions on Financial Statements 2022 for more than 3 years in a row according to regulation at Point a, Clause 1, Article 33 Regulations on registration and trading management of unlisted shares attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
PVE shares are still under trading restriction since 05/04/2023 due to reasons that the Company is late in submitting semi-annual-Financial-Statements for 2022 more than 45 days since the last day for disclosing information as per regulation according to regulation at Point b, Clause 1, Article 34 Regulations on registration and trading management of unlisted shares attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
