On 05 April 2023, HNX announces that the following stock will be put under Alert based on Point a, Clause 1, Article 33 Regulation on registration and trading management of unlisted securities attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.

• Reason: the auditor had disclaimer opinions on Financial Statements for more than 3 years in a row.
• Effective date: 11/04/2023
• Within 15 days from the effective date, Petrovietnam Engineering Consultancy JSC must send the solution and remedial route for the situation of shares being under alert to the Hanoi Stock Exchange and disclosure in the mass media.
