PXA: Notice of stock status

On April 05, 2023, HNX announces the status of Petrovietnam – Nghe An Investment & Trading Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: PXA) as follows:

PXA shares are still under trading restriction since 05/04/2023 due to reasons that the auditor has a disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2022 as per regulation according to regulation at Point c, Clause 1, Article 34 Regulations on registration and trading management of unlisted shares attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
