CMI: Notice of stock status

On April 05, 2023, HNX announces the status of CMISTONE Viet Nam JSC’s shares (stock code: CMI) as follows: CMI shares are still under trading restriction since 05/04/2023 due to the reasons that the company with negative equity in the audited financial statements for 2022. The auditor has a disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2022 according to regulation at Point a, c Clause 1, Article 34 Regulations on registration and trading management of unlisted shares attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
