VMG: Notice of stock status

On April 05, 2023, HNX announces the status of Vung Tau Petroleum Trading and Service JSC's shares (Stock code: VMG) as follows: due to the reasons the auditor has disclaimer opinions on Financial Statements 2022 for more than 3 years in a row according to regulation at Point a, Clause 1, Article 33 Regulations on registration and trading management of unlisted shares attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
