VSG: Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCOM

Following Decision No. 343/QD-SGDHN dated 05/04/2023, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of VSG stock as follows:
- Reason for trading restriction: The issuer records negative owner's equity in the Audited FS 2022 and the auditor issued a disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2022 
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly
- Effective date: 05/04/2023
- Applicable laws: Point a and c, Clause 1 and Point d, Clause 5, Article 34 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022.
- Within 15 days from the effective date of this Decision, South Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company must send the solution and remedial route for the situation of shares being under trading restriction to the Hanoi Stock Exchange and disclosure in the mass media.
