On April 05, 2023, HNX announces the status of XUANHOA VIETNAM JOINT STOCK COMPANY’s shares (Stock code: XHC) as follows: XHC shares are being put into alert status since 10/04/2023 due to the reasons that the auditor has a disclaimer opinion 03 years in a row, according to regulation at Point a, Clause 1, Article 33 Regulations on registration and trading management of unlisted shares attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
