BNW: Cancellation of the list of shareholders for corporate actions

Pursuant to document no. 203/CV-NSBN dated 29th March 2023 of Bac Ninh Clean Water Joint Stock Company (BNW) on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 22nd March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 701/TB-VSD dated 3rd March 2023 by VSD.
Reason: The Company needs more time for completing meeting materials.
This notice of CNVSD is for DMs' information and notification to investors  who have deposited the above shares at DMs.
