The Board resolution dated April 07, 2023, the BOD of DIC Holdings Construction JSC approved the following issues: Approved the credit limit at BIDV with total value of 320 billion dong to implement the company’s production and business activities. Besides, the company supposed BIDV to grant Contract of Guarantee with the total value of 515,911,406,098 dongs. Approved the maximum credit limit at SeABank with the total value of 200,000,000,000 dongs to the company’s production and business activities.
