On 05/04/2023, HNX announces the status of Vietnam Travel and Marketing Transports Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: VTR) as follows: VTR shares are put out of trading restriction starting from 12/04/2023 due to the reason that the owner’s equity recorded in the Audited Financial Statement 2022 is not negative as prescribed at Point a Section 5 Article 34 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
