HLA: Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM

Following Decision No. 363/QD-SGDHN dated April 07, 2023, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of HLA stock as follows:
- Reason for continued trading restriction: the company was late in submitting Review Financial Statement 2022 and audited Financial Statement 2022  for over 45 days (accounting period from October 01 of the previous year to September 30 of the following year)
- Other reason for trading restriction: the company was late in submitting Review Financial Statement 2022 and audited Financial Statement 2022 for over 45 days (accounting period from October 01 of the previous year to September 30 of the following year); and the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the 02 latest financial years (2021 and 2022); the company also had negative owner equity in the latest Review Financial Statement 2020
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Points a, b,h  Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, HLA must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
