HLA: Notice of stock status

On April 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of Huu Lien Asia Corporation’s shares (stock code: HLA) as follows: HLA shares are under continued trading restriction since 07/04/2023 due to the reasons the company was late in submitting Review Financial Statement 2022 and audited Financial Statement 2022  for over 45 days (accounting period from October 01 of the previous year to September 30 of the following year); and the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the 02 latest financial years (2021 and  2022); the company also had negative owner equity in the latest Review Financial Statement 2020 as prescribed at point a, b, h Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
