HNG: BOD resolution dated April 07, 2023

The Board resolution dated April 07, 2023, the Board of Directors of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agriculture Joint Stock Company approved the following contents: 1)      Approved the agreement signing, transaction with related parties in 2023. Accordingly, the agreement value will be less than 5% the company’s total assets in the latest financial statements. 2)      Approved the adjustment of credit limit contract for the project of Nong Khang airport, HuaPhan province, Lao.
