SII: SII shares likely to be delisted

On April 06, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued a document announcing the possibility of delisting for the shares of Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation (HOSE: SII) because the profit after tax of parent company’s shareholders in 2020 was -104.59 billion dongs and 2021 was -73.49 billion dongs according to the audited consolidated financial statements in 2020 and 2021. Beside, profit after tax of parent company’s shareholders in 2022 was -88.97 billion dongs according to the audited consolidated financial statements in 2022.
