DIC: Notice of stock status

On April 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company’s  shares (stock code: DIC) as follows: DIC shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reasons that the auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2021 and the company is late in submitting the reviewed semi-annual financial statements for 2022, more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure as prescribed at points b and c, Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
