TYA: Signing a transaction with related party

The Board resolution dated April 11, 2023, Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire And Cable Joint Stock Company (TYA) approved to sign the transaction with Ta Ya Electric Wire and Cable Co.,Ltd (the related company of TYA).
