TVC: Additional reason for ineligible for margin trading

As of 30/03/2023, based on the Decision No.87/QD-UBCK dated 25/01/2017 of SSC on issuance of Regulation on giving guidelines on securities margin trading and the Decision No.1205/QD-UBCK dated 27/12/2017 on revision of the Decision 87/QD-UBCK, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced additional reason for following stock ineligible for margin trading:
- Issuer: Tri Viet Asset Management Corporation Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: TVC
- Effective date: 14/04/2023
- Additional reason: the company is late in disclosing the audited financial statements for 2022 more than 05 working days from the date of information disclosure
- Another reason: Profit after tax of Holding company in Reviewed semi-annual financial statements 2022 is negative
