ABI: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for 2023 Annual General Meeting

Pursuant to the notice no.1531/TB-ABIC dated 10th April 2023 of Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Joint - Stock Insurance Corporation (securities code: ABI) on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of securities owners for 2023 annual general meeting, the record date: 28th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 962/TB-VSD dated 14th March 2023 by VSD.
Reason: the Company needs more time to finalize preparation for 2023 Annual general meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
