SJD: Lifting the supervision status

On April 11, 2023, Can Don Hydro Power Joint Stock Company received decision No.172/QĐ-SGDHCM by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange to lift the shares of SJD out of the supervision status as from April 13, 2023 Reason: The Company overcame the situation of securities being supervised and the auditor expressed an unqualified opinion on the audited financial statements in 2022. This is the case of securities being lifted out of the supervision status under the Listing Regulations on the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
