TYA: BOD resolution dated April 12, 2023

The Board resolution dated April 12, 2023, the Board of Directors of Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire And Cable Joint Stock Company approved the agreement with Mr. Shen Shang Pang as the Guarantor of credit loans from banks for the Company.
