V11: Notice of stock status

On April 13, 2023, HNX announces the status of Viet Nam Construction JSC No 11’s shares (stock code: V11) as follows: V11 shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reason that the company had negative owner equity according to audited Financial Statements 2022 and auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2022 as prescribed at point a, Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
