FMC: Approved the record date to pay dividend for 2022

The Board resolution dated April 11, 2023, the BOD of Sao Ta Foods Joint Stock Company approved the record date to pay cash dividend for 2022 with details as follows: -          Record date: May 09, 2023 -          Payment rate: 20%/share (2000 dongs/share) -          Payment date: May 26, 2023 -          Place of implementation:             + For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities companies where shareholders opened securities depository account.             + For undeposited securities: Shareholder will receive dividend at Sao Ta Foods Joint Stock Company. Please present shareholder’s identity card/citizen identity card when receiving dividend at the Head office.
