DPM: Approval of business plan 2023

The Board resolution dated March 27, 2023, Petrovietnam Fertilizer And Chemicals Corporation approved to implement the business plan for the term 2021-2025 as follows: 1)      The consolidated finance targets: -          Total revenue:       84.9 - 86.6 trillion dongs -          Profit before tax:   12.7 - 13.0 trillion dongs -          Profit after tax:      10.7 - 10.9 trillion dongs 2)      The holding company’s finance targets: -          Charter capital in the end of the year:       3.9 - 7.4 trillion dongs -          Average ownership capital:                      10.5 - 11.2 trillion dongs -          Total revenue:       78.8 - 80.3 trillion dongs -          Profit before tax:   12.0 - 12.3 trillion dongs -          Profit after tax:      10.2 - 10.4 trillion dongs
