SRC: Board resolution dated April 04, 2023

The Board resolution dated April 04, 2023, the Board of Directors approved the agreement between Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company and related parties with the following conditions: 1)      The total asset value of related parties should be less than 35% of the SRC’ total asset value in the latest financial statement. 2)      The related parties have the normal operation. 3)      The transactions will be based on the fair and volunteer.
