The Board resolution dated April 12, 2023, the BOD of Duc Giang Chemicals Group Joint Stock Company approved the policy to buy 100% shares of Phosphorus 6 Joint Stock Company with details as follows: -          Charter capital: VND363,000,000,000, equivalent to 36,300,000 shares with par value: VND10,000 dongs/share -          Buying volume: 36,300,000 shares (equivalent to 100% charter capital of Phosphorus 6 Joint Stock Company) -          Total value: VND635,000,000,000 -          Time of implementation: expected in Quarter 2/2023.
