AMD: The first extraordinary general meeting of 2023 is unsuccessful

On April 12, 2023, FLC Stone Mining and Investment Joint Stock Company announces that there were less than 50% total voting shares of the Company according to the list of shareholders closed on March 13, 2023. Therefore, the first Extraordinary General Meeting 2023 on April 12, 2023 was not eligible to proceed. Accordingly, the second Extraordinary General Meeting 2023 will be noticed later.
