Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp has explained the profit after tax in 2022 according to the audited consolidated financial statements as follows: The profit after tax in 2022 decreases compared to 2021: -          Profit after tax in 2022: 1,160,632,130,494 dongs -          Profit after tax in 2021: 1,860,606,785,879 dongs. The main reasons affecting profit fluctuations in 2022: + The general difficult situation of the whole market, especially the real estate industry, so business investment in real estate projects is unfavorable. + The Company's investment portfolio restructuring strategy. Therefore, the Company’s profit after tax in 2022 decreased by 37.6%, equivalent to VND699,974,655,385 dongs compared to 2021.
