ABS: 3rd change of dividend payment time

Pursuant to the document no.49/23/CV-ABS dated 12th April 2023 of BinhThuan Agriculture Services JSC (securities code: ABS), Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to change of 2021 cash dividend payment time (record date: 12th October 2022) as follows:

Payment time: 31st May 2023
- Reason: Due to difficult economic situation, the domestic market is not stable after the Covid-19 pandemic, the revenue is not collected from customers as planned, so the Company needs more time to balance cash flow so as not to affect the Company's production and business
Other contents in the Notice no.1298/TB-CNVSD dated 3rd October 2022 by VSD's Branch remain unchanged.
