CTF: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the notice no.06/TB-CTF/2023 dated 11th April 2023 of City Auto Corporation on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 27th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 479/TB-CNVSD dated 9th March 2023 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: The Issuer needs more time to prepares materials for 2023 annual general meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
