GAS: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the notice no.19/TB-KVN dated 12th April 2023 of Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of securities owners for 2023 annual general meeting, the record date: 14th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 211/TB-CNVSD dated 22nd February 2023 by VSD.
Reason: the Company changes the record date for 2023 Annual general meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
