SFI: Notice of record date for final dividend payment in 2022

On April 14, 2023, Sea & Air Freight International announces the record date for the final cash dividend payment as follows: -   Record date: April 26, 2023 -   Exercise ratio: 40%/share (4,000 dongs/share) -   Payment time: May 25, 2023 -   Place of implementation:             + For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities companies where shareholders opened securities depository account.             + For undeposited securities: Shareholder will receive dividend at Sea & Air Freight International head office on working days. Please present shareholder’s identity card/citizen identity card when receiving dividend at the Head office.
