BOD resolution No.131: -          Approving to cancel the record date for the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: March 28, 2023. -          Approving the holding of Annual General Meeting 2023: Record date:                            May 09, 2023 Meeting date:                          June 07, 2023 Meeting venue:                       will be notice later. BOD resolution No.127: -          Approving to appoint Mr. Pham Van Tu as Deputy CEO as from April 14, 2023. -          Approving to appoint Mr. Le Xuan Ve as Deputy CEO as from April 14, 2023. -          Approving to appoint Mrs. Pham Thi Lien as Deputy CEO as from April 15, 2023.
